As a Technical Account Manager, you will work in teams together with international organizations designing, installing and operating global network security solutions. Your broad responsibilities include owning the technical engagement and ultimate success around specific implementation projects. You will own all aspects of the adoption of Mission Control services, helping customers accelerate their journey of digital transformation.


 


You will develop deep and lasting relationships with senior business executives and IT stakeholders to establish a strong understanding of their business requirements and goals. You should thus be as comfortable discussing complex technical details with a room full of engineers as you are briefing an executive audience. This position is based in Zurich, Switzerland.


 


Your responsibilities include:


 


 


  • Ownership of the post-sales relationship and drive long-term success for our customers
  • Collaboration with customers, technical and implementation leads to manage and drive successful adoption of our services
  • Close cooperation with our product management and sales teams in order to advance the customer relationship and seize new opportunities
  • Engagement in the Mission Control organization to ensure steady operations of our entire customer base


The following qualifications will make you successful:


 


 


  • You have an ETH, university or FH degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Deep technical knowledge of network security concepts and practices
  • Excellent communication, project and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into technology solutions
  • 3+ years of experience working with enterprise customers implementing large-scale solutions
  • Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: secure SD-WAN, Global Connectivity, Cloud deployments (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS), SOCaaS, Cybersecurity
  • Fluent in English and German
