As a Technical Account Manager, you will work in teams together with international organizations designing, installing and operating global network security solutions. Your broad responsibilities include owning the technical engagement and ultimate success around specific implementation projects. You will own all aspects of the adoption of Mission Control services, helping customers accelerate their journey of digital transformation.
You will develop deep and lasting relationships with senior business executives and IT stakeholders to establish a strong understanding of their business requirements and goals. You should thus be as comfortable discussing complex technical details with a room full of engineers as you are briefing an executive audience. This position is based in Zurich, Switzerland.
